Super Foods
Recently, more and more evidence is proving, that eating what has been termed, Supper Foods, will not only make you feel better, but strengthen your immune system and increase your length of life. For this to really work, you must limit your intake of fast food and get some exercise. You don't need to get out and run a or ride in a marathon, but almost any form of exercise will do. Anything is far better, then doing nothing. Right?
