If you haven't yet figured it out yet, we both just love Mexican food. But its not your common, everyday Mexican food I'm speaking of here, I'm speaking of Authentic Mexican Food not served off of some assembly line.
Walking into this place is almost like walking across the southern border. The sights, sounds and even those employed are all so friendly, it just hurts. We sat ourselves down just prior to the afternoon lunch rush, and proceeded to check this place out.
Our waitress soon arrived with a large bowl of chips that just had to have been, made by hand. Really! They were light, fluffy and full of great taste. Salsa was some of the best, if not the best we've had here in town. We placed our orders and again, proceeded to look about this wonderful eatery. Now if you might, view the short video?
Every place has what I'd like to call, its secret weapon. It might be the atmosphere, half dressed hostess, banging music, sawdust on the floor or whatever. Not here! The people are real down to earth, the music playing in the background is soft and easy, there is no sawdust on the floor and everyone seems to bend over backwards to insure your meal is of its very best.
Oh and what is the Secret Weapon that La Buena Vista has? Its in a shy little thing named, Maria. Hands down, she is worth her weight in gold and I'm sure she is the number 1 reason why, people keep coming back for more.
The La Buena Vista is located way out west of town, just prior to reaching the city limits. When you take your first bite of that meal? You'll be wanting to yell out, Ole! Believe it or not, the cost is compatible to most fast food places. So pack up your friends and family and head out to, the La Buena Vista. They are open Monday - Saturday from 9am to 8pm. Oh and don't forget to compliment your chef, Maria.
On that ole scale of 1 to 5? Give this great eatery a 5!
